Place the vehicle on a level surface.

Under the vehicle, place a drain pan underneath the oil drain plug area.

Let oil completely drain from gearbox.

See an authorized Can-Am dealer, a repair shop or person of your choosing if any problem is detected.

Inspect shock absorber for leaks, bump stop wear out or other damages.

Verify if fasteners are still well tightened.

Check suspension arms for cracks, bending or other damages.

Tighten front a-arms to specifications.

NOTE: The suspension arms must be tightened on the M12 bolt head and not on the nut (when possible) to insure optimal clamping.

NOTICE: Operating the engine with an improper level may severely damage engine.

NOTICE: Check oil level when engine is cold.

Cleaned around dipstick to avoid foreign particles falling down the tube

Unscrewed dipstick then removed it and wiped clean

Reinstalled dipstick, screwed in it completely

Removed dipstick and checked oil level

NOTICE: Do not overfill. Wipe off any spillage.

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel with PPE!

Drive shaft protectors and boots visually inspected

Protectors checked for damage or rubbing against shafts

Boots checked for cracks, tears, leaking grease, etc.

List of damaged parts found during inspection

Estimated cost of repair or replacement

Warning: Do not rotate tires. The front and rear tires have a different size. The left and right tires have different unidirectional tread patterns.
