Ensure only copper wire is used with this product

Verify wiring and circuit breaker are properly sized according to Product Specifications and unit rating plate

Check all wiring for loose connections

Enter the voltage at the furnace (furnace operating)

Is the voltage within the correct range?

Ensure furnace has operated for a minimum of 15 minutes with correct manifold pressure and gas flow rate.

Take combustion sample beyond the flue outlet.

Is the combustion sample within acceptable range as per Table 17?

Check if the unit is installed at an altitude of 4501 - 10,000 feet (1373 to 3048 m)

Verify if the pressure switch and manifold pressures are set according to Table 18 or Table 19.

Confirm conversion kit and pressure switch requirements as per Table 20.

Turn off electrical and gas supplies to the furnace.

Remove the furnace access panels.

Disconnect the 2 wires from the gas valve.

Remove gas supply line connected to gas valve and burner box cover.

Remove sensor wire from sensor and disconnect 2-pin plug from the ignitor.

Disconnect wires from flame roll-out switches.

Disconnect combustion air intake pipe.

Measure AC voltage between Line Neutral and 'C' terminal

Is the voltage between Line Neutral and 'C' within acceptable range?

Measure AC voltage from Line Hot to Line Neutral

Is the voltage from Line Hot to Line Neutral within 97 to 132 VAC?

Verify installation of black iron pipe if flexible gas connector is used

Remove hoses from cold end header box

Twist and pull screens to remove

Rinse screens with tap water if needed
