Unbox the unit before accepting delivery

Disengage process operations and relieve all system pressure.

Disengage main power supply and verify the Power light on the display is 'off'.

Remove the lift-off access panel and set aside.

Remove the necessary panels to gain access to the pump motor.

Drain machine by removing the pump casing drain plug.

Remove the three motor wire leads from the motor wiring terminals and map the wire terminal locations.

Describe the location of the pressure switch

Is the pressure switch set to 20 psi?

Is the pressure switch preventing operations due to insufficient water supply pressure?

Shut down unit operations according to section 3.4 in the manual

Confirm the unit’s pressure gauges read '0' pressure

Drain unit by removing the pump casing drain plug

Remove the capillary connection from the cooling cylinder to the pressure switch
