Set the thermostat to call for heat

Did the system begin normal sequence of operation?

Enter the duration of the pre purge period in seconds

Did the LED fast flash indicating the gas valve is powered?

Enter the number of times steps 4 and 5 repeated before lockout

Enter the gas line pressure with unit firing at maximum rate

Is the gas line pressure above the minimum required level?

Enter the current regulator pressure

Adjust manifold pressure to the value specified on the unit rating plate

Refer to figures 8, 9, and 10 for gas pressure adjustment screw location

Inspect the combustion air inducer for any visible damage or wear

Use a small brush to clean the inducer wheel

Is the combustion air inducer clean and free of debris?

Combustion Air Inducer Motor Bearings

Verify that combustion air inducer motor bearings are pre-lubricated and sealed

Check for manufacturer's lubrication instructions on each fan motor

Re-lubricate fan motor bearings if no manufacturer's instructions are provided

Apply a few drops of SAE No 10 non-detergent oil to motors with oiling ports

Check all wiring for loose connections

Enter the voltage at the unit (unit operating)

Ensure all tools are removed from the inspection area

Is the inspection area clean and free of debris?
