What payment services do you support?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer.
What happens after my free trial expires? Will I be charged?
No. If you haven't yet chosen a plan and entered your payment information, your account will automatically be downgraded to our Free plan.
Can I update my card details?
Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information.
Can team members be on different plans?
No. All of our plans work across your entire team. We cannot have part of your team on our Premium and another group on Essential.
Is this a secure site for purchases?
Absolutely! We work with top payment companies which guarantees your safety and security. All billing information is stored on our payment processing partner which has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is canceled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your paid features until your current subscription expires. Your account will then be downgraded to our Free plan.
How long are your contracts?
Currently, we only offer monthly and annual subscriptions. You can upgrade or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligations.
Can I request refund?
Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason.
How does the Reporting Window work?
No work order or work order history is ever deleted. The Reporting Window limits how much of your organization's reporting history is visible based on your current plan. To view more of your organization's reporting history, reach out to your Account Executive.
