Removed all grease, ice, snow or materials that create slippery conditions around the unit?

Removed any rags or other materials that could create a potential fire hazard?

Cleaned up any gas or oil spills before starting the unit?

Sign off on the cleaning procedure

Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure

If water level is low, proceed to refill. If not, skip the next step

Refill battery with distilled water

Never fill the battery above the fill line

Check if battery is filled above the fill line

If battery is overfilled, proceed to next step. If not, skip the next step
