Enter the oil temperature in Fahrenheit

Is the oil temperature within the acceptable range (50-55 F° above room temperature)?

Is the oil pressure within the acceptable range (950 to 1000 PSI)?

Sign off on the pivot saw band inspection

Mounting bolts (A) loosened but remain snug

Bolt assemblies (B & C) adjusted by equal amounts

Blade tension slightly released

Tracking movement checked after each one quarter turns of bolts “C”

Tracking is within specification

Warning: This procedure should be performed by trained personnel only

Enter the machine's working hours

If the machine's working hours are less than 50, stop the procedure

Select the replacement filter used

Was the filter replacement successful?

Sign off on the filter replacement

Warning: Ensure the machine is powered off before starting the procedure

Upload a photo of the idler end of the head with the cover removed

Check if set screws 'A' are not adjusted

Check if set screws 'B & C' are adjusted correctly

Describe the blade movement after each adjustment

Sign off on the idler wheel adjustment

Inspect the blade wheels for wear or damage

Both wheels are within specification

Drive and idler wheels adjustment
