Warning: Before maintenance operation, stop the air compressor, disconnect the unit from the mains supply and discharge all air in the air tank.

Inspect non-return valve (clean or replace as required)

Caution: ensure that air the tank is empty for this operation.

Manually test the safety valve by pulling the ring.

Select the type of compressor oil used

Sign off on the monthly maintenance

Air compressor stopped and disconnected from the mains supply?

All air in the air tank discharged?

Air filter element cleaned or replaced as required?

Select the type of compressor oil used

Sign off on the weekly direct drive compressor maintenance

Check oil level before each use.

Drain the condensation from the air receiver.

Select the type of compressor oil used

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Warning: This unit is shipped with oil in the compressor pump. Oil must be added to the unit prior to operating.

Check the oil level in the pump

Please fill the oil from the oil breather hole until the oil reaches the red mark on the sight glass

Check that the small hole in the top of the breather pipe is clear

Then insert it into the oil filler hole.

Sign off on the oil warning check

NOTE: The oil must be changed after the first 10 hrs of operation then every 20 hrs thereafter.
