Separate the lift pump and motor

Lubricate the shaft with anti-seize lubricant

Change the drive unit fluid every 2000 Hour / 1 Year

Replace sideshift carriage pads every 2000 Hour / 1 Year

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance

Inspect the condition of the drive and load wheels

Remove any steel chips and foreign material to prevent damage to the wheels

Check for gouging and chunking of tire surface

Sign off on the wheel maintenance

Electrolyte level and specific gravity check as per manufacturer’s instruction manual

Connector check. Ensure all powered functions are shut down when disconnected

Battery gates check. Ensure they are properly installed and locked securely in place

Measure the free play of the battery. It should not have more than 0.50 in. (12.7 mm) of movement in any direction

Check for satisfactory brake operation

Check the brake actuation and deadman switch adjustment

Inspect the brake pads and rotor for minimum thickness, gap, and signs of oil

Sign off on the brake system maintenance

Inspect, lubricate, and adjust lift chains

Sign off on the mast maintenance
