Check the oil level of the drive housing

Check and clean the drive housing breather

Lubricate steering bearing via grease fittings

Sign off on the drive unit maintenance

Enter the thickness of upper pads in mm

Upper pads thickness is more than 1.5 mm?

Enter the thickness of lower pads in mm

Lower pads thickness is more than 5 mm?

Upload a photo of the greased lower bar of forklift carriage

Sign off on the maintenance check

Check the caster assembly adjustment. Adjust if necessary

Inspect the caster wheel axle and bearings for excessive wear

Check the contactor tips. Replace if worn

Visually inspect all electric system cables for damage

Check the condition of cables and hoses. Give special attention to cables and hoses which are not stationary

Check the tension of the over-the-mast pulley cables

Check for looseness of all mounting bolts and nuts

Check the condition of brushes, springs, and holders

Check for physical damage to the guard

Replace the guard if it is structurally damaged

Check the torque of the overhead guard mounting bolts

Sign off on the overhead guard system maintenance

Check the electrolyte level and specific gravity following the battery manufacturer’s instruction manual

Check the connector. Make sure all powered functions are shut down when disconnected

Check the battery gates. Be sure they are properly installed and locked securely in place

Check the free play of the battery. Be sure that it has no more than 0.50 in. (12.7 mm) of movement in any direction
