Inspect damage and wear of fork and stopper pin

Inspect misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect wear, damage and rotating condition of roller

Inspect wear, damage and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect wear and damage of mast strip

Drive unit bolt or nut looseness retightened

Relief pressure in oil control valve

Inspection of power steering hose for damage

Inspection of steering angle to right and left

Inspection of cracks at fork root and welded part while forklift is new

Inspect loosening, looseness or damage of rods and cables while machine is new

Inspect operating condition of rods and cables while machine is new

Inspect wet disc brake for oil leak while machine is new

Inspect wet disc brake oil level while machine is new

Measure wet disc brake pedal stroke while machine is new

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Inspect motor rotation sound while machine is new

Inspect harness deterioration, clamp damage and looseness of wiring while machine is new

Inspect looseness in connecting parts, taping condition in wiring while machine is new

Inspect connecting condition and damage of the battery connector in wiring while machine is new

Inspect drive unit for oil leakage

Inspect oil level in drive unit

Measure tire inflation pressure

Inspect wheels for tire cuts, damage and uneven wearing

Retighten loose rim and hub nuts in wheels

Inspect power steering for oil leak
