Air filter of hydraulic oil tank cap replaced

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect performance of lock cylinder and/or accumulator (4 wheels only)

Inspect load sensor rust or corrosion

Inspect frame, cross member, etc. damage, cracking

Retighten body bolt and nut looseness

Sign off on the safety devices maintenance

Inspect braking performance of the brake pedal

Inspect pull margin and operating force of the parking brake

Inspect braking performance of the parking brake

Inspect steering wheel's function, play and looseness while machine is new

Inspect steering valve for oil leak while machine is new

Retighten looseness of mounting in steering valve while machine is new

Measure tire groove depth in wheels

Inspect metal chips, pebbles and other foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Inspect rim and disc wheel damage

Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of front wheel bearing

Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of rear wheel bearing

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction
