Inspect motor rotation sound while machine is new

Inspect harness deterioration, clamp damage and looseness of wiring while machine is new

Inspect looseness in connecting parts, taping condition in wiring while machine is new

Inspect connecting condition and damage of the battery connector in wiring while machine is new

Sign off on the electrical system inspection

Inspect wear of shoe sliding portion and lining

Inspect operating condition of wet disc brake

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Inspect head guard cracks at welded portion

Inspect head guard deformation and damage

Retighten loosening of mounting in back-rest

Inspect back-rest for deformation, crack and damage

Inspect function and mounting condition of lighting system

Inspect function and mounting condition of horn

Inspect function and mounting condition of direction indicator

Inspect function and mounting condition of back up buzzer

Inspect damage and wear of fork and stopper pin

Inspect misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect deformation and damage of each part and crack at welded part

Inspect wear, damage and rotating condition of roller

Inspect mast and lift bracket looseness

Inspect wear and damage of mast support bushing

Inspect wear, damage and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect wear and damage of mast strip

Inspect performance of lock cylinder and/or accumulator (4 wheels only)

Inspect load sensor rust or corrosion

Inspect frame, cross member, etc. damage, cracking

Retighten body bolt and nut looseness

Sign off on the safety devices maintenance
