Inspect steering wheel Play and looseness

Retighten Looseness of mounting in steering valve

Tire cuts, damage and uneven wearing

Metal chips, pebbles and other foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Rim, side bearing and disc wheel damage

Abnormal sound and looseness of front wheel bearing

Abnormal sound and looseness of rear wheel bearing

Sign off on the drive system maintenance

Drive unit bolt or nut looseness retightened

Front axle inspected for damage and deformation

Rear axle inspected for damage and deformation

Fork heel and hangers inspected for cracks

Roller pins inspected for wear and damage

Sign off on the forklift maintenance

Inspect master cylinder function

Inspect master cylinder mounting looseness

Inspect Brake valve looseness in the installed parts

Inspect Brake disc clearance adjustment (disc wear)

Grease horn contact ring and horn contact spring

Inspect Rusting and corrosion of load sensor

Inspect Damage and cracks of frame, cross members, etc

Sign off on the safety devices maintenance
