Inspect fork and stopper pin for abnormality

Inspect for misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect each welded parts for deformation, damage, and cracks

Inspect mast and lift bracket for looseness

Inspect wear, damage, and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect mast trip for wear and damage

Inspect tension, deformation, and damage of chain

Inspect abnormality of chain anchor bolt

Inspect clutch for abnormal sound and functioning

Inspect clutch master cylinder function and leak

Inspect transmission fluid level

Inspect transmission gear function and abnormal noise

Inspect for leaks in the differential

Retighten differential bolt loosening

Inspect Looseness at spline connections

Inspect Looseness of universal joint

Inspect Twisting and cracks of axle shaft

Sign off on the power transmission system maintenance

- Inspect function, wear, damage, leak and mounting looseness in Master cylinder and wheel cylinder

- Inspect Wear of shoe sliding portion and lining

- Inspect Shoe operating condition

- Measure Return spring fatigue

- Inspect Automatic adjuster function

- Inspect Backing plate for deformation, cracks and damage

- Retighten Backing plate loose mounting;

Inspect cracks at fork root and welded part while forklift is new

Inspect wear and damage of mast support bushing

Inspect wear and damage of roller pins

Measure relief pressure in oil control valve

Inspect plug cord internal discontinuity

Inspect damage and cracks of frame, cross members, etc.

Sign off on the 2000 Hour / 12 Month Maintenance
