Measure battery fluid specific gravity

Inspect open-circuit in open plug

Inspect open-circuit in intake heater

Sign off on the electric system maintenance

Note: Chains, DPF mafler filter and SAS swing lock cylinder have different replacement schedules

Select the parts replaced at every 3 years

Enter the machine's hour meter reading

Was SAS swing lock cylinder replaced?

Sign off on the 2 year replacement

Inspect for play and looseness in the steering wheel

Inspect the function of the steering wheel

Retighten looseness in mounting of the gear box

Inspect for oil leaks in the power steering

Inspect for looseness in mounting and linkage of power steering

Inspect for king pin looseness in the knuckle

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect damage and cracks of frame, cross members, etc.

Inspect lock cylinder accumulator performance

Inspect rusting and corrosion of load sensor

Sign off on the safety devices maintenance

Measure injection timing in fuel system

Inspect draining of sedimenter in fuel system

Inspect oil clutch mechanism function and leak

Measure stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter and transmission

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance
