Inspect fork and stopper pin for abnormality

Inspect for misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect each part for deformation, damage, and cracks at welded parts

Inspect mast and lift bracket for looseness

Inspect wear, damage, and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect mast strip for wear and damage

Inspect tension, deformation, and damage of chain

Inspect for abnormality in chain anchor bolt

Inspect proper starting and abnormal noise

Measure rotating condition at idling

Measure rotating condition during acceleration

Retighten cylinder head bolt loosening

Inspect PCV system for clogging and damage in PCV valve and piping

Measure no-load maximum RPM of governor

Inspect for tire cuts, damage, and uneven wearing

Retighten loose rim and hub nuts of the wheels

Inspect metal fragments, stones or other foreign matters on tires

Inspect rim, side bearing, and disc wheel for damage

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the front wheel bearing

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the rear wheel bearing

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction while forklift is new

Sign off on the travelling equipment system maintenance

Inspect open circuit in plug cord

Measure relief pressure in oil control valve

Inspect damage and hardening of muffler rubber mount

Inspect damage and crack of frame, cross members, etc.

Retighten loose bolts in differential

Inspect looseness at spline connection

Inspect looseness at flexible joint

Inspect axle shaft torsion and crack

Sign off on the power transmission system maintenance
