- Replace Wet brake cooling oil;

Grease applied to parking brake pedal release pin

Inspect function, wear, damage, leak and mounting looseness in Master cylinder and wheel cylinder

Inspect Wear of shoe sliding portion and lining

Inspect Shoe operating condition

Inspect Automatic adjuster function

Inspect Backing plate for deformation, cracks and damage

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of housing

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of beam

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction

Sign off on the drive system maintenance

Inspect proper starting and abnormal noise of the main body

Measure rotating condition at idling in main body

Measure rotating condition during acceleration in main body

Inspect exhaust gas condition of main body

Measure valve clearance while forklift is new

Inspect clogging and damage in PCV valve and piping in PCV system

Measure RPM in governor which shall be in no-load mode

Inspect lubrication oil system for leakage, oil level, clogging and dirt of oil filter

- Measure wheels tire inflation pressure in drive system

- Inspect wheels tire cuts, damage and uneven wearing in drive system

- Retighten wheels loose rim and hub nuts in drive system

- Measure wheels tire groove depth in drive system

- Inspect wheels metal chips, pebbles and other foreign matter trapped in tire grooves in drive system

- Inspect wheels rim, side bearing and disc wheel damage

- Inspect wheels abnormal sound and looseness of front wheel bearing

- Inspect wheels abnormal sound and looseness of rear wheel bearing;
