Replace cupos and seals for brake booster and wheel cylinders

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect proper starting and abnormal noise of the engine

Measure rotating condition at idling

Measure rotating condition during acceleration

Measure valve clearance while the forklift is new

Inspect clogging and damage in PCV valve and piping

Measure no-load maximum RPM of Governor

Inspect lub sustem for Oil leak

Note: Chains and DPF Muffler filter are replaced every 3 years

Note: SAS swing lock cylinder is replaced every 10000 hours

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Replace torque converter oil filter

Replace DPF Muffler back pressure sensor inline filter (OPT)

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Measure Brake Pedal's Play and reserve

Inspect Braking effect of the brake pedal

Inspect Operating force of the Parking Brake

Inspect Braking effect of the Parking Brake

Inspect Parking Brake for rod and cable looseness and damage

Inspect Brake Pipe for Leak, damage, and mounting condition

Inspect Reservoir tank fluid level and for leak

Measure Clearance between drum and lining

Sign off on the braking system maintenance
