Inspect Brake Pipe for Leak, damage, and mounting condition

Inspect Reservoir tank fluid level and for leak

Measure Clearance between drum and lining

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Inspect Steering Wheel's Play and looseness

Inspect Steering Wheel's function

Inspect Steering Valve for oil leak

Retighten steering valve looseness of mounting

Inspect Power Steering for oil leak

Inspect power steering for mounting and linkage looseness

Inspect Knuckle for King pin looseness

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect cracks at fork root and welded part while forklift is new

Inspect wear and damage of mast support bushing

Inspect wear and damage of roller pins

Measure relief pressure in oil control valve

Inspect plug cord internal discontinuity

Select the parts replaced after 3 years

Enter the machine's hour meter reading

If machine's hour meter reading is 10000, replace SAS swing lock cylinder

Sign off on the 2 Year Replacement
