Measure Wheels tire inflation pressure

Inspect wheels for tire cuts, damage, and uneven wearing

Measure valve clearance while the forklift is new

Inspect clogging and damage in PCV valve and piping

Measure no-load maximum RPM of Governor

Inspect lub sustem for Oil leak

Inspect Torque Converter & Transmission for Leak

Inspect Torque Converter & Transmission fluid level

Inspect Operating mechanism function and looseness of the Torque Converter & Transmission

Inspect Control valve and clutch functions

Sign off on the power transmission system maintenance
