Measure stall and hydraulic pressure

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Sign off on the 1000 Hours / 6 Months Maintenance

Measure play and reserve in the brake pedal

Tighten for looseness in mounting of the steering valve

Inspect for looseness in mounting and linkage of power steering

Inspect for king pin looseness in the knuckle

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect Damage of power steering hose

Inspect Cracks and deformation in knuckle

Measure relief pressure in oil control valve

Inspect plug cord internal discontinuity

Replace Power Steering Rubbers Parts

Replace Brake Fluid Reservoir Tank Hose

Replace Torque Converter Rubber Hoses

Replace Chains at every 3 years

Replace SAS Swing Lock Cylinder at every 10000 hours

Sign off on the replacement procedure
