Inspect for tire cuts, damage, and uneven wearing

Retighten loose rim and hub nuts of the wheels

Inspect metal fragments, stones or other foreign matters on tires

Inspect rim, side bearing, and disc wheel for damage

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the front wheel bearing

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the rear wheel bearing

Sign off on the travelling equipment system maintenance

Inspect cracks at fork base and welded part while forklift is new

Inspect wear and damage of mast support bushing

Inspect wear and damage of roller pins

Measure stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter and transmission

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Measure battery fluid specific gravity

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance

Replace torque converter oil filter

Replace hydraulic oil return filter

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect for leaks in the differential

Inspect for leaks in the torque converter and transmission

Inspect fluid levels in the torque converter and transmission

Inspect for proper function and looseness in the operating mechanism

Inspect the control valve and clutch functions
