Retighten differential bolt loosening

Inspect Looseness at spline connections

Inspect Looseness of universal joint

Inspect Twisting and cracks of axle shaft

Sign off on the power transmission system maintenance

Torque converter oil filter replaced

DPF mafler back pressure sensor inline filter replaced

Replace manual transmission oil

Replace Cups and seals for brake master and wheel cylinders

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Note: Chains, DPF mafler filter and SAS swing lock cylinder have different replacement schedules

Enter the machine's hour meter reading

Chains replaced? (every 3 years)

DPF mafler filter replaced? (every 3 years)

SAS swing lock cylinder replaced? (every 10000 hours)

Sign off on the 2 year replacement

Inspect fork and stopper pin for abnormality

Inspect for misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect each part for deformation, damage, and cracks at welded parts

Inspect mast and lift bracket for looseness

Inspect wear, damage, and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect mast trip for wear and damage

Inspect tension, deformation, and damage of chain

Inspect for abnormality in chain anchor bolt
