Inspect oil clutch mechanism function and leak

Measure stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter and transmission

Clean clogging of relief valve filter

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance

Inspect for play and looseness in the steering wheel

Inspect the function of the steering wheel

Retighten looseness of mounting of the gear box

Inspect rod, links and arm for looseness and damage

Inspect for oil leaks in the power steering

Inspect power steering for looseness in mounting and linkage

Inspect knuckle for king pin looseness

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Torque converter oil filter replaced

Hydraulic oil return filter replaced

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect head guard for cracks at welded portions

Inspect head guard for deformation and damage

Retighten for loosening of mounting in the back-rest

Inspect back-rest for deformation, cracks, and damage

Inspect the function and mounting condition of the lighting system

Inspect the function and mounting condition of the horn

Inspect the function and mounting condition of the direction indicator

Inspect the functions of the instruments

Inspect the function and mounting condition of the backup buzzer

Retighten loose joint in propeller shaft and axle shaft
