Inspect oil clutch mechanism function and leak (OPT)

Measure Stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter & transmission

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance

Measure wheels tire inflation pressure in drive system

Inspect wheels tire cuts, damage and uneven wearing in drive system

Retighten wheels loose rim and hub nuts in drive system

Measure wheels tire groove depth in drive system

Inspect wheels metal chips, pebbles and other foreign matter trapped in tire grooves in drive system

Inspect wheels rim, side bearing and disc wheel damage

Inspect wheels abnormal sound and looseness of front wheel bearing

Inspect wheels abnormal sound and looseness of rear wheel bearing

Inspect cracks at fork root and welded part while forklift is new

Inspect wear and damage of mast support bushing

Inspect wear and damage of roller pins

Inspect crack at welded portion

Inspect defromation and damage in head guard

Retighten loosening of mounting in back-rest

Inspect back-rest for deformation, crack and damage

Inspect function and mounting conditions of the lighting system, horn, direction indicator and backup buzzer

Inspect rear-view mirror for dirt and damage

Inspect rear reflection status of rear-view mirror

Inspect seat for loosening and damage of mounting

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of housing

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of beam

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction

Sign off on the drive system maintenance
