Inspect wheels for tire cuts, damage and uneven wearing

Retighten loose rim and hub nuts in wheels

Measure tire groove depth in wheels

Inspect metal chips, pebbles and other foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Inspect rim and disc wheel damage

Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of front wheel bearing

Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of rear wheel bearing

Sign off on the travelling equipment system maintenance

Retighten differential bolt or nut looseness

Retighten transmission bolt or nut looseness

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of housing in front axle

Inspect cracks, damage and deformation of beam in rear axle

Measure motor brush spring fatigue

Measure voltage of each battery cell after charging

Inspect magnet switch function, contact fouling and roughening in charger

Inspect installation status of the arc shooter

Inspect magnet contactor's function and timing

Inspect looseness of the coil mounting parts

Inspect mounting condition of the main circuit lead wire, looseness

Measure controller overcurrent limit valve

Sign off on the electrical system inspection

Inspect head guard cracks at welded portion

Inspect head guard deformation and damage

Retighten loosening of mounting in back-rest

Inspect back-rest for deformation, crack and damage

Inspect function and mounting condition of lighting system

Inspect function and mounting condition of horn

Inspect function and mounting condition of direction indicator

Inspect function and mounting condition of back up buzzer

Measure brake pedal play and reserve

Inspect braking effect in brake pedal

Inspect pull margin, braking effect, rod and cable looseness and damage of the parking brake

Inspect leak, damage and mounting condition of the brake pipe

Inspect brake fluid for leak and fluid level

Measure clearance between drum and lining

Sign off on the braking system maintenance
