Inspect pull margin, braking effect, rod and cable looseness and damage of the parking brake

Inspect leak, damage and mounting condition of the brake pipe

Inspect loosening and damage of cylinder mounting

Inspect deformation and damage of rod and rod end

Inspect natural drop and natural forward tilt

Inspect cylinder oil leak and damage

Inspect wear and damage of pin and cylinder bearing

Inspect cylinder uneven movement

Inspect oil leak and abnormal sound in oil pump

Inspect linkage wear and mounting condition in rods, links and arms

Inspect damage of power steering hose

Inspect power steering sensor function

Inspect cracks and deformation in knuckle

Measure left turning angle of steering shaft

Measure right turning angle of steering shaft

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect parking brake for ratchet wear and damage

Inspect function, wear, damage, leak and mounting looseness in Master cylinder and wheel cylinder

Inspect wear of shoe sliding portion and lining

Inspect shoe operating condition

Inspect automatic adjuster function

Inspect backing plate for deformation, cracks and damage

Measure tire inflation pressure

Inspect wheels for tire cuts, damage and uneven wearing

Retighten loose rim and hub nuts in wheels

Measure tire groove depth in wheels

Inspect metal chips, pebbles and other foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Inspect rim and disc wheel damage

Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of front wheel bearing

Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of rear wheel bearing

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction while forklift is new
