Check hoses for damage and wear

Check for loose hose connections

Sign off on the battery watering system check

Propel motor - Carbon brushes replaced?

Brush motor - Carbon brushes replaced?

Sign off on the floor scrubber maintenance

Cylindrical brushes - Check, clean

Recovery tank - Drain, rinse, clean float shut‐off screen and debris tray

Severe environment tank (option) - Check, refill

Automatic battery watering tank (option) - Check, refill

Squeegee - Clean, check for damage and wear

Battery cells - Check electrolyte level

Squeegee assembly drip trap reservoir - Check, clean

Check the electrolyte level in all batteries

Remove the drip trap cover from the squeegee assembly and clean reservoir

Sign off on the weekly floor scrubber maintenance

Batteries, terminals and cables checked and cleaned

CHECKING CONNECTIONS / CLEANING (ALL BATTERY TYPES)

Loose battery connections checked

Surface of the batteries, including terminals and cable clamps cleaned

Battery caps remained on during cleaning
