Check hoses for damage and wear

Check the watering hoses and connections for damage and wear

Sign off on the battery water system check

Propel motor - Carbon brushes replaced?

Brush motor - Carbon brushes replaced?

Sign off on the floor scrubber maintenance

Pad(s) - Check, flip or replace

Cylindrical Brushes - Check, clean

Recovery tank - Drain, rinse, clean float shut-off screen and debris tray if equipped

Severe environment tank (option) - Check, refill

Squeegee - Clean, check for damage and wear

Batteries - Charge if necessary

Battery cells - Check electrolyte level

Squeegee assembly drip trap reservoir - Check, clean.

Check the electrolyte level in all batteries

Remove the drip trap cover from the squeegee assembly and clean reservoir.

FLOODED (WET) AND MAINTENANCE-FREE SEALED LEAD-ACID BATTERIES

Do not charge the batteries more than once a day and only after running the machine for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Do not leave the batteries partially discharged for long period of time.

Batteries, terminals and cables checked and cleaned

CHECKING CONNECTIONS / CLEANING

Loose battery connections checked

Surface of the batteries, including terminals and cable clamps cleaned

Battery caps remained on during cleaning
