Engine, Mitsubishi (S/N 004000-) spark plugs replaced

Radiator hoses checked for cracks or deterioration

Check the radiator core exterior and hydraulic cooler fins for debris

Blow or rinse all dust through the grille and radiator fins, in the opposite direction of normal air flow

Clean thoroughly to prevent the fins from becoming encrusted with dust

Hydraulic cooler: Clean core exterior

Hydraulic cooler core exterior cleaned

Engine: Drain LPG vaporizer oil buildup

Engine: Check coolant level in reservoir

Hydraulic fluid reservoir: Check fluid level

Tank cover seals: Check for damage or wear

Main brushes: Check for damage and wear

Side brush (option): Check for damage and wear

Side brush (option): Check squeegee blade for damage and wear

Rear Squeegee Blade: Check for damage and wear

Rear Squeegee Blade: Check deflection

Front wheel support bearings lubricated?

Radiator hoses and clamps checked for tightness and wear?

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Check for damage on the hopper dust filter

Replace the hopper dust filter if necessary

Shake the dust filter before emptying the hopper and at the end of every shift.

Inspect and clean the filter after every 20 hours of operation.

NOTE: The dust filter may need to be cleaned at more frequent intervals if the machine is used in extremely dusty conditions.

Choose the method used to clean the dust filter
