1 Yearly Air Filter Replacement
Air filter maintenance on air filter no. 02250140-798 should be performed when the SupervisorTM displays Air Filter Maint, or once a year, whichever comes first. If the filter needs to be replaced, order replacement element no. 02250135 - 150.
Clean exterior of air filter housing.
Release the three retaining clamps and remove the end cap.
Remove element and clean interior of housing using a damp cloth.
Note any issues encountered during the procedure.
Sign off on the air filter replacement
1 Yearly Separator Replacement
SEPARATOR MAINTENANCE
SEPARATOR ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
CAUTION! Relieve all pressure from the receiver tank and all compressor lines.
Disconnect all piping connected to the separator cover to allow removal (return lines, service lines, etc.)
Loosen and remove the twelve (12) 3⁄4” x 2-1/2” GR5 hex head capscrews from the cover plate.
Lift cover plate from the separator tank.
Remove the primary and secondary separator elements.
Scrape the old gasket material off the cover and flange on the separator tank, being careful not to let the scraps fall in the tank.
Inspect the separator tank for rust, dirt, etc.
2000 Hourly Compressor Maintenance
Cleaned the return line strainer?
Replaced the fluid filter element?
Sign off on the 2000 hourly compressor maintenance
2000 Hourly Fluid Filter Replacement
FILTER MAINTENANCE
Replace the fluid filter element under any of the following conditions, or whichever occurs first
FLUID FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
Use a wrench to remove the filter canister
Remove and dispose of filter element properly
Note! Dispose of fluids in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations
Clean gasket seating surface
Apply a light film of fluid to the element seal
Install the element into the filter canister
Compressor Routine Maintenance
Warning: HIGH-PRESSURE HAZARD! DO NOT remove caps, plugs, and/or other components when compressor is running or pressurized. Stop compressor and relieve all internal pressure before doing so. Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.
Fluid level in the receiver tank is at the mid-point
Frequent addition of fluid required?
If frequent addition of fluid is required, it indicates the presence of a leak or a condition causing excessive fluid consumption.
Controller display shows proper indications for this phase of operation
All compressor operation indications show that it is running properly
Sign off on the compressor routine maintenance
