Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Is the strainer screen damaged?

If the screen is damaged, the strainer assembly must be replaced (P/N 241772).

Enter the part number of the replaced strainer assembly

Upload a photo of the cleaned/replaced strainer

Sign off on the strainer cleaning/replacement

Warning: Ensure the compressor is turned off and fully depressurized before starting the procedure.

Is the compressor fitted with the standard solenoid condensate drain valve?

If the compressor is not fitted with the standard solenoid condensate drain valve, stop the procedure and report to the maintenance team.

Was the knurled cap from the strainer successfully removed?

Was the strainer screen successfully removed?

Was the screen cleaned and reinstalled?

If the screen is damaged, the strainer assembly must be replaced (P/N 02250171-245).

Sign off on the water condensate drain maintenance

Is the elastomeric element worn or damaged?

If the elastomeric element is not worn or damaged, stop the procedure

Remove the protective grill from the adapter housing

Loosen the retaining screw located on the outer sleeve. Slide the sleeve to one side, exposing the coupling element

Unwrap the coupling element from the coupling jaws

Install the new element by wrapping it around the jaws, engaging the cogs on the element into the jaws

Reinstall the outer sleeve and secure by tightening the two screws to 45 in·lbs (5 Nm)

Enter the machine's hour meter reading

Enter the date of the last hose replacement

If machine is air-cooled, order hose kit 02250171-102. If machine is water-cooled, order hose kit 02250171-103.

Sign off on the hose replacement

Does the maintenance gauge show red with the compressor running full load?

Clean the air filter’s exterior housing.

Release the hold-down clips and remove the end cover.

Remove the air filter element by pulling it out of the housing.

Clean the housing interior with a damp cloth. DO NOT blow dirt out with compressed air.

Reassemble in the reverse order.
