2000 Hourly Fluid Filter Replacement
Refer to Figure 6-1.
Display on the WS Controller indicates the need for replacement

NOTE: Dispose of fluids in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Gasket seating surface cleaned

3 Yearly / 16000 Hourly Hose Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Enter the date of the last hose replacement
Choose the type of machine
If machine is air-cooled, order hose kit 02250171-102
If machine is water-cooled, order hose kit 02250171-103
Lubrication hose replaced?
Blowdown hose replaced?
Sign off on the hose replacement
1 Yearly Air Filter Replacement
Does the maintenance gauge show red with the compressor running full load?
AIR FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
Clean the air filter’s exterior housing.
Release the hold-down clips and remove the end cover.
Remove the air filter element by pulling it out of the housing.
Clean the housing interior with a damp cloth. DO NOT blow dirt out with compressed air.
Replace the element.
Reassemble in the reverse order.
Sign off on the air filter replacement
1 Yearly Separator Replacement
Warning: Relieve all pressure from the receiver tank and all compressor lines before starting.
Pressure relieved from the receiver tank and all compressor lines?
Loosen and remove the eight (8) hex head capscrews (M12 x 40mm) from the cover plate.
Capscrews removed?
Lift the cover plate from the receiver tank.
Cover plate removed?
Remove the separator elements.
Separator elements removed?
Inspect the receiver tank for rust, contamination, or damage.
1 Yearly Control Line Strainer Cleaning
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Is the strainer screen removed?
Is the strainer screen cleaned?
Is the strainer screen reinstalled?
Is the screen damaged?
If the screen is damaged, the strainer assembly must be replaced (P/N 241772).
