Warning: Do not mix different types of fluids.
Contamination of non-detergent mineral fluids with traces of detergent motor fluids may lead to operational problems such as foaming, filter plugging, orifice or line plugging.
Note: Flush system when switching lubricant brands.
When ambient conditions exceed those noted or if conditions warrant use of 'extended' life lubricants contact Sullair for recommendation.
Drained the separator/sump tank?

Participated in a fluid analysis program with the fluid suppliers?

Disconnected lubricant hose from the thermal valve and diverted the open end into a suitable container below the separator/sump tank fluid level?
1 Yearly Separator Replacement
Warning: Relieve all pressure from the separator/sump tank and all compressor lines.
Pressure relieved from the separator/sump tank and all compressor lines?
Loosen and remove the six (6) hex head cap screws (8.8 M12 x 40 mm) from the cover plate.
Hex head cap screws removed?
Lift the cover plate from the separator/sump tank.
Cover plate lifted?
Remove the separator element.
Separator element removed?
Inspect the separator/sump tank for rust, dirt, etc.
