Adjust the speed on the flow control for the power pack

Set the torque between 600 and 900 PSI

Adjust the Hertz on the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to set speed

Set the Overload on the Motor Starter protector(s) to the lowest level

Inspection of Lines and Fittings

Check all hydraulic, air, and chemical lines and fittings for leaks

Repair or replace any leaking lines or fittings

Electrical Fittings and Connections

Check electrical fittings and connections for seal tightness

Check both brush units for proper operation and retract operation

Note any unusual noises from the equipment

Inspect all hardware and fittings for tightness

Grease the brush hanger pillow block bearings

Ensure grease does not contact brush cloth

Inspect soap solution spray nozzles for wear

Replace worn nozzles if necessary
