Inspect all hardware for tightness

Inspect hardware on the WE5 coupler

Check rubber coupler element for damage

Replace rubber coupler element if damaged

Ensure the nut attached to the anchors is loose or taken off

Filter Bag Inspection and Replacement

Inspect all filter bags for wetness or tears

Replace filter bag if necessary

Tuck the bag material down into the ring

Bend and fold the ring into a horseshoe shape

Place the ring inside of the bag opening and release

Is the bag tightly attached when pulled up?

Wrap Velcro straps around the bar on the inside top of the vacuum separator

Empty collected trash from the dirt canister

Open the latches for the dirt canister access door (bottom door)

Remove and empty the dirt canister

Clean the compartment around the canister

Replace the empty canister in the storage compartment against the alignment flange

Check the black rubber seal around the door for cracks, leaks, or tears

Close the access door and press the center of the door before fastening the latches

Turn on the vacuum and listen for any leaks around the door gasket

Clean the bearing and bracket cavity

Refill the bearing and bracket cavity with Mobil Polyrex EM grease

Replace pipe plugs with grease fittings

Remove the other plug for grease relief

Ensure fittings are clean and free from dirt

Pump in grease using a low pressure grease gun

Allow motor to run for 10 minutes
