Check for leaks around hoses and fittings

Check hydraulic fluid level in the Power Pack reservoir

Refill with non-detergent non-foaming ISO 32 10W grade hydraulic fluid if necessary

Check fluid temperature on tank sight gauge at mid-day

Is the oil temperature below 180 degrees Fahrenheit?

Examination of general operation

Measure and record full load current readings from each of the three legs of each of the three phase electric motors

Is the differential of current load exceeding 10% between the legs, or has the balanced load current of all three legs increased over 10% since the most recent measurements?

Order a replacement motor if necessary

Record readings in the semi-annual log

Change return line fiberglass filter

Change the return line filter every 6 months
