Turn adjustment screw counter-clockwise until water flow from bubbler starts

Turn adjustment screw clockwise until water flow stops, then turn an additional 1/2 turn

Check for continuous flow at the end of the compressor cycle

Does continuous flow occur at the end of the compressor cycle?

If yes, turn cold control counterclockwise 1/4 turn

Hang the cooler on the hanger bracket

Ensure the hanger bracket is engaged properly in the slots on the cooler back

Loosen the two screws holding the lower front panel at the bottom of cooler base

Loosen the two screws at the top of the cooler base

Remove the front panel and set aside

Remove top cover using 5/32” Allen wrench and retain mounting screws

Remove wall mounting plate from Bottle Filler and mark mounting holes on wall

Wall Mounting Plate Installation

Ensure wall mounting plate is securely supported

Install wall mounting plate using appropriate fasteners

Feed power cord & 3/8” water line through tower/basin gasket

Install gasket on bottom of bottle filler tower with support bracket and screws

Remove hanger bracket fastened to back of cooler by removing one (1) screw.

Hanger Bracket and Trap Mounting

Mount the hanger bracket and trap as shown in Figure 2 or 3.

Ensure hanger bracket is supported securely. Add fixture support carrier if wall will not provide adequate support.

Maintain 6 1/4 in. (159mm) dimension from wall to center-line of trap for proper fit.

Anchor hanger securely to wall using all five (5) 7/16" dia. mounting holes.

Install straight valve for 3/8" O.D. tube.
