Remove hanger bracket fastened to back of cooler by removing one (1) screw

Mount the hanger bracket and trap as shown in Figure 2 or 3

Ensure hanger bracket is supported securely

Check if fixture support carrier is needed for adequate wall support

Maintain 6 1/4 in. (159mm) dimension from wall to center-line of trap

Anchor hanger securely to wall using all five (5) 7/16" dia. mounting holes

Install straight valve for 3/8" O.D. tube

Turn adjustment screw counter-clockwise until water flow from bubbler starts

Turn adjustment screw clockwise until water flow stops, then turn an additional 1/2 turn

Note any continuous flow at the end of the compressor cycle

Hang the cooler on the hanger bracket ensuring proper engagement in the slots on the cooler back.

Loosen the screws holding the lower front panel at the bottom of cooler base.

Loosen the screws at the top of the cooler base.

Remove the front panel and set aside.

Connect water inlet line as per Note 4 of General Instructions.

Remove two mounting screws with 5/32” Allen wrench holding top cover to Bottle Filler

Remove top cover and retain mounting screws for later use

Wall Mounting Plate Installation

Remove wall mounting plate from Bottle Filler

Place wall plate against wall on top of basin and center it side to side

Mark the six mounting holes with a pencil

Remove wall mounting plate from wall

Is the wall mounting plate securely supported?
