2 Yearly Hydraulic Oil Replacement

Turn the engine on and allow the hydraulic oil to warm up

Shut the engine off

Check mark

Place a suitable container under the hydraulic tank

Check mark

Remove the oil drain plug and allow all of the hydraulic oil to drain into the container

Check mark

Reinstall the drain plug with a new seal ring and tighten the plug firmly

Check mark

Refill the hydraulic tank with new oil

Check mark

Check for leakage

Check mark

Clean up any oil that may have spilled during this procedure

Check mark

Check the hydraulic oil level. The hydraulic oil level should be at or slightly above the fill line on the tank
