Grease the machine at normal work

Grease the machine at awkward work every 1 Week

Place a suitable container under the filter

Use a filter wrench to remove the filter from the head

Apply hydraulic oil to the o-ring on the new filter

Screw the new filter into place

Tighten the filter with the filter wrench

Sign off on the hydraulic filter replacement

Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure

Oil sample drawn from the reservoir?

Was the oil sample taken during normal operation of the system?

Upload the oil sample test results

Sign off on the oil sample testing

Check Planetary reduction oil level

Replace differential oil every 800 Hours

Replace planetary reduction oil every 1000 Hours

Replace Self-locking differential gear oil every 700 Hours

Replace Gear box oil once at 50 Hours after every 1000 Hours

Sign off on the 200 Hourly Telescopic Boom Service

Suitable container placed under the hydraulic tank?

Oil drain plug removed and oil drained into the container?

Drain plug reinstalled with a new seal ring and tightened firmly?

Hydraulic tank refilled with new oil?

Cleaned up any oil that may have spilled during this procedure?
