Compressor Removal
Preparation
Remove the cabinet. (Refer to 1)
Remove the soundproof felt.
Compressor Disconnection
Remove the terminal cover on the compressor.
Disconnect lead wires from the glass terminal of the compressor. (Refer to 2)
Release gas from the refrigerant circuit.
Disconnect the welded part of the discharge pipe.
Disconnect the welded part of the suction pipe.
Outdoor Fan Motor Removal
Remove the cabinet
Disconnect the connector and remove the clamp of fan motor lead wire
Remove the propeller nut and remove the propeller fan
Remove screws securing the fan motor
Check that all parts are removed
Post removal cleanup
Clean the work area
Dispose of any waste materials
Electrical Part Removal
Panel and Cabinet Removal
Remove the service panel
Remove the cabinet
Remove the following parts
