Mitsubishi Split-Type Air Conditioner MUY-GL24NA

Disconnect the following connector: <Inverter P.C. board> CN602 (R.V. coil) (MUZ)

Sign off on the coil replacement

Remove the screws of the top panel

Remove the screw of the valve cover

Remove the screws fixing the conduit cover

Disconnect the power supply and indoor/outdoor connecting wire

Remove the screws of the cabinet

Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor

Disconnect the following connectors from the Inverter P.C. board: CN671 (Defrost thermistor (MUZ), discharge temperature thermistor and outdoor heart exchanger temperature thermistor)

Disconnect the following connectors from the Inverter P.C. board: CN672 (Ambient temperature thermistor)

Pull out the discharge temperature thermistor from its holder

Pull out the defrost thermistor from its holder

Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor from its holder

Pull out the ambient temperature thermistor from its holder

Sign off on the thermistors replacement

Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor

Disconnect the following connectors

Remove the compressor connector

Remove the screws fixing the relay panel

Remove the ground wires and the lead wires of the inverter P.C. board

Remove the screws of the P.B. support

Remove the inverter P.C. board from the P.B. support

Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel

Recover gas from the refrigerant circuit until the pressure gauge shows 0 PSIG

Detach the brazed part of the suction and the discharge pipes connected with compressor

Detach the brazed parts of 4-way valve and pipes

Sign off on the compressor and 4-way valve replacement
