Fan Motor and Right Side Fan Disassembling
Remove the air intake grille
Remove the screw from the beam and remove the beam
Remove 2 screws from the electrical cover, and remove the electrical cover
Remove 2 screws from the electrical box and pull the electrical box downward
Temporarily secure the electrical box using 2 hooks in the back of electrical box
Remove the lower casing while pressing the 4 catches of the casing (right side of the fan motor)
Loosen the 2 set screws (2 hexagon set screws) of connecting joint and slide the fan motor to the left
Remove the screw for motor earth wire
Remove the motor piece (left and right, each 1 screw)
Auto Vane Disassembling
Remove the intake grille

Remove the vane motor and cover

Slide the auto vane to the vane motor side

Remove 2 axes from each vane support pushing the vane support to the vane sleeve side
Heat Exchanger and LEV Disassembling

Pull the electrical box downward

Disconnect the connector CN60 (white) from the indoor controller board

Remove 2 screws from the electrical box and pull the electrical box downward
Temporarily secure the electrical box using 2 hooks in the back of electrical box
Remove 2 screws from the left side beam and remove the beam
