Scroll down to Inputs and press right arrow to display curtain switch readings

Observe curtain switch readings (Curt SW1, Curt SW2, etc.)

Curtain switch and control board light status after jumpering

Verify fan motor windings are not open or grounded

Connect manifold gauges to ice machine

Hook voltmeter in parallel across the fan cycle control, leaving wires attached

Mix Manitowoc ice machine cleaner and water

Soak probes in cleaner/water solution

Reinstallation and Sanitization

Sanitize the ice machine and bin/dispenser interior surfaces

Check continuity between terminals and compressor shell or copper refrigeration line

Scrape metal surface to ensure good contact

Is continuity present between any terminal and the compressor shell or copper refrigeration line?

Determine if compressor windings are grounded and if compressor replacement is necessary

Perform keystrokes on the display

Press Menu, scroll down to Service and press the right arrow

Scroll down to Diagnostics, press the right arrow and select Diagnostics

Display reads Control Board, press right arrow

Scroll down to enbl relays and press right arrow to start control board test

Verify control board relays are energized

Test for line voltage at the individual components

Line voltage is present and the component is non-functional
