Navigate to LPCO input on display

Scroll down to Service and press right arrow

Scroll down to Diagnostics and press right arrow

Scroll down to Inputs and press right arrow to display LPCO reading

Connect manifold gauges and verify refrigerant pressure exceeds LPCO cut-in

Check if pressure exceeds cut-in

If pressure exceeds cut-in and the contacts are open, replace the LPCO

Perform keystrokes on the display

Press Menu, scroll down to Service and press the right arrow

Scroll down to Diagnostics, press the right arrow and select Diagnostics

Display reads Control Board, press right arrow

Scroll down to enbl relays and press right arrow to start control board test

Verify control board relays are energized

Test for line voltage at the individual components

Is line voltage present and the component non-functional?

Thermistor Disconnection and Measurement

Disconnect thermistor from control board

Measure resistance of the thermistor

Measure temperature at the thermistor

Resistance/Temperature Comparison

Enter measured resistance and temperature values

Compare readings to resistance/temperature relationship chart

Mix Manitowoc ice machine cleaner and water

Soak probes in cleaner/water solution

Reinstallation and Sanitization

Sanitize the ice machine and bin/dispenser interior surfaces

Disconnect power to the ice machine

Check components requiring replacement

Follow manufacturer's instructions for the pinch-off tool

Position the pinch-off tool around the tubing

Clamp down on the tubing until the pinch-off is complete

Cut the tubing of the defective component with a small tubing cutter
