Electrical Maintenance
- Regularly check the cables and connections
- Tighten the screw connections
- Worn cables must be replaced.
Filter Cartridge Replacement
- Open the filter compartment
- Unscrew the flat nut that holds the cartridge fastened
- Place a plastic bag around the cartridge and remove it
- Put the clogged cartridge in the packaging of the new cartridge
- Put in the new cartridge, screw back the flat nut and close the doors
- Apply the starting up procedure.
Unclogging Components Inspection
- Inspect the proper working and position of the unclogging solenoid valves while replacing filter cartridges
- They must be placed along the centre line of the cartridges near the unclogging mechanism and not have any air leaks.
Bearing Housing Overhaul
- Disassemble the motor; - Remove the old lubricant and clean the bearings and accessories with grease remover
- Put fresh lubricant: the filling rate of the housing with fresh lubricant is 50% of the free space.
Battery Replacement
- Replace the battery.
