Clean condenser with compressed air, do not damage fins

Is the dryer working properly after maintenance?

Depressurize the filter housing

Turn the bowl counter-clockwise

Unscrew the bowl completely from the filter head and pull it off

Remove the exhausted element by unscrewing from the filter head

Clean the O-ring seat of the head

Inspect Scavenge Tubes/Orifice and Blowdown System

Stop the machine, electrically isolate and vent all trapped pressure.

Disconnect the scavenge line tubing and unscrew from integrated separator/MPCV manifold.

Inspect orifice and tubing for clogging and clean prior to re-installation.

Is there any scaling or O-ring damage identified?

Confirm the direction of flow is correct by observing the small arrow stamped in the center section.

Remove inlet filter to expose inlet snout for blowdown diverter orifice examination.

Disconnect Synflex tubing from the elbow fitting at bottom of inlet valve.

Inspect and clean spool and all orifice features of blowdown fitting.

Stop the compressor and isolate it from the system.

Press the emergency stop to vent the separator tank and airend.

Ensure the main power disconnect switch is locked off and tagged.

Use certified lifting equipment and employ sound working principles.

Remain aware of nip points, pinch points, and other associated hazards.

Remove the outer belt guard from the airend support.

Loosen the four motor support plate bolts to allow the plate to pivot.

Loosen the nut on the belt tensioning (carriage) bolt.

Drain the coolant into a clean container

Cover the container to prevent contamination

Refill the compressor with coolant
