Is coolant visible in the sight glass while machine is running?

Coolant Level Verification After Stopping Machine

Ensure coolant is still visible in the sight glass after stopping the machine

Run the compressor for a minimum of 40 seconds

Is coolant visible in the sight glass after running the compressor?

Check that all components are in place

Is the Food Grade Coolant analysis completed?

Loosen filter element with the correct tool

Remove the element from the housing

Place the old element in a sealed bag and dispose of in a safe way

Clean the mating face of the housing

Remove the new Ingersoll Rand replacement element from its protective package

Apply a small amount of coolant to the element seal

Screw the new element down until the seal makes contact with the housing, then hand tighten a further half turn

Loosen filter element with the correct tool.

Remove the element from the housing.

Place the old element in a sealed bag and dispose of in a safe way.

Clean the mating face of the housing.

Remove the new Ingersoll Rand replacement element from its protective package.

Apply a small amount of coolant to the element seal.

Screw the new element down until the seal makes contact with the housing, then hand tighten a further half turn.

Start the compressor and check for leaks and check the coolant level.

Inspect the condition of the coolant hoses

Remove the old hose if replacement is necessary

Install the new hose if replacement is necessary

Drain the coolant into a clean container

Use a new charge of coolant if contaminated
